I've been trying since July 22 to get recalls done. Finally received a call in late August to schedule the work. Called and left a message on September 2nd, no reply until I went into the store on October 24 and got it scheduled. That associate never said sorry it's taken so long, sorry for the confusion etc.

Your service department did an excellent job as always. You can be really proud of Ed and everyone there. But I want to talk about another issue: My sister in law was coming to visit from Illinois and wanted to get her car detailed. I recommended Lewis Chevrolet and told her what a great job Garrett always does. She asked the price. I stopped by and got a price sheet of the various options. Took a picture of it and sent it to her. She chose one and had me make an appointment. When she picked the car up she was shocked that the price was higher than what she had been told. When she asked, she was first told the difference was taxes. Upon further asking found out that the additional cost was for shop supplies - shop towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Being from out of town, she had brought cash to pay for it based on the price she had been quoted. She was very pleased with the cleanup job but not happy at all with the pricing and quoting. It seems most places now want to charge for everything additional they can think of - shop towels, etc. This practice spoiled what was a good experience for my sister in law. For goodness sake, if you have to raise your price, RAISE YOUR PRICE! Don’t try to get more for a job by sneaking in extra fees at the point of payment. At the very least list the extra fees on the price sheet and do it CLEARLY. I expect to hear back from someone about this.

Sells department was awesome order parts fast but the serivce department on the other hand we will just say several people are taking the vehicles to other dealers ships just because of the poor service at the serivce department and if I would of knew I would of been treated that way wouldn't of bought a vehicle there
